Scholarship Application Requirements

GPA Requirement: 2.5

Must be a first-time college/university enrollee

Must be a St. Louis City or County Resident

Must be enrolled in a St. Louis or County High School

Must submit:

1. High School Transcript with expected graduation date

2. Essay (800 words max)

3. Two (2) academic or community references (that includes their name, title, and contact info)

4. Explain financial need for the scholarship (200 words max)

5. Community Service: List community service activities, organizations, and hours (if any).

Essay Prompt (500-800 words max):

(a) Describe your educational and career goals and how attending college will help you achieve them. (b) Explain any financial challenges you face and how this scholarship would help you pursue higher education. (c) Describe one service experience that was meaningful to you and what you learned from it.
